2. Once you have a ClickBank account and nickname, modify and insert your choice of the following two code segments into your referring page. The necessary modification is simple: replace the word NICKNAME with your own ClickBank nickname. This creates a personalized "hop" link that will refer your visitors to our ClickBank sales page and enable ClickBank to track them as your referrals and their purchases as your sales.

For a green text link that reads,

A. Edit the following code by changing the word NICKNAME to your ClickBank nickname:

A. Copy the banner to your website: right-click the banner and choose Save Image()... and then save it to wherever you store your internet graphics. Be sure to keep the name precipice.gif! For the following code to work without alteration, you must upload the banner to the same directory as will hold the referring page that includes the code. Remember, if you upload graphics using ftp, you should send them as binary files, while html pages themselves should be sent as text.

B. Edit the following code by changing the word NICKNAME to your ClickBank nickname:
